I’m planning on going down 4-5 cup sizes. My thoughts on the “cons”: I have no nipple sensation anyways so I’m not losing out on that, and I’d MUCH rather have permanent titty scars than have to eventually have back surgery in my later years and have even worse scarring. Seems like a win win situation for me.

I had this surgery done years ago due to chronic back issues. I can say from personal experience, my nipple sensation did not go down, rather it increased. Not sure why, and it did not happen right away, it took sometime. At times, I do find it annoying (new use for Band-Aids on my part), but not as annoying as my back pain which was alleviated immediately due to the surgery. I would highly recommend this procedure to any woman or man who experience health issues due to breast size.

I'm heading into surgery to have my entire neck fused due to the weight of my breasts. For all the jerks commenting, the trade off for me:

1) Waited too long
2) Will lose the ability to turn my head much
3) I may lose my driving privileges because of the delay

It really can be THAT BAD.
