Make the lot size around 5000 only for SME one third of present size. Therefore if indeed SEBI is concerned about investors money even after it has screened the SME and allowed the IPO. The advantage is more peope will get at least one lot of allotment, and for those who think in terms of listing gains, upside is limited on listing day or week, and might discourage them, but despite that, if they take a lottery on it like on line gaming . Max loss is 5000!!! only/lot
