SME IPO Allotment Process, SME IPO Allotment Chances? Retail vs HNI - Explained in Hindi

Learn about the SME allotment process for both retail and HNI investors in this video in Hindi. I have also explained the chances of allotment in this particular segment which is SME IPO. I have elaborately explained the difference between SME IPO and a regular IPO, the difference between the investment pattern, lot size, minimum investment amount and difference with regards to allotment of IPO for retail investors and HNI investors.

For SME IPO the minimum amount of investment usually is above one lakh rupees. For retail investors the IPO allotment is on the basis of lottery system and hence one investor can apply for an IPO only once. On the other hand the IPO allotment for HNI investors is on the proportional basis. So a larger lot size than that of the oversubscription of an IPO can ensure more number of IPOs being allocated to you. I have explained all these details in the video in Hindi.
