The R7 IMO is in a class of its own because its like it has its own set of qualities that the 600cc's don't have. Even at the Tale of the Dragon I had more fun riding on the R7 than on my M1000RR. The 600-1000cc in line was awesome and fun don't get me wrong but you have to ring their necks which makes the ride way more exhausting on your body. I could ride my buddies R7 up and down the Dragon 3 times as long as my bike and I didn't have to ride it to it limit to have fun!

I'd like to see the Aprilia RS660 go against the R7. Twin vs twin. the 636 will walk all over the twins. It's just a monster of a bike. Also in a completely different class. I owned two. Great bikes. Riding a 21' ZX10 now.

I would like to see brah on a Tuono 660 or RS 660 and see if you like them better than an R7. I originally was wanting a R7 but then bought a Tuono 660 and love that bike but it is sluggish in the mid range but once it revs up it takes off

this was never meant to be a 600 killer. it's low horsepower (70 HP) is an attractive option for people who are getting ready to upgrade from a 300cc with 30 HP. going from 30 HP to 130 HP is too big of a horsepower change for me. i prefer to gradually increase horsepower as my skill grows. 30 HP to 70 HP. and then 70 HP to 130 HP is much more reasonable than 30 HP to 130 HP
