Great video Nick! Your enthusiasm is infectious. I'm doing Berlin too, I was aiming for sub 3, but the training block hasn't gone to plan. - I need to put something solid together in the next few weeks, but still struggling with a slight calf niggle, so being cautious with speed workouts and just trying to hit the long runs! Best of luck in Berlin. 👍

Oh man Nick! I'm going to be absorbing every piece of advice from this series! Best of luck.... I think the haircut just locked in that sub2:20! I'll be using this as motivation for a 2:49 in Myrtle Beach! Keep pushing!

Awesome upload glad I’ve found your channel. I’m shooting for a 2:45/46 at the Chester marathon early October. It will be my 27th marathon 😁… and WILL be my best time yet 🤞🏼. Good luck in Berlin. Berlin is on my bucket list!

Here we go again! Come on Nick, you've got this one! Third is the charm. I found myself struggling for the sub 20 barrier. I thought I had it having run a 11:36 3K but nothing went right on race day.

Now struggling to get any run with the newborn at home so trying to figure out how to start running once again 😂

Great video as usual. Getting me fired up. I have comrades (my first) coming uo. Going for a BILL Rowan. Would love to get a low 8 hour but being my first I better be cautious. Can't wait to see your berlin run. You smashed rotterdam . You got this bru

I didn't realise the Mona Fartlek had extended beyond Australian shores. It's a good one.

Running the Cape Town Marathon in October. Not any clear goal since it will be my first marathon but I'd be quite happy with sub 3:45.

Look forward to following along again and agree backing off a little in training is wise this time especially in this hot weather. Be interested to hear which Adios Pro version you like most as presume will race in either the 2 or 3.

Looking forward to following this journey! Go get it Nick, you’ll crush it 👍💪! Will you and Matt be doing the 3 x 10k head-to-head again? That was awesome!

Awesome stuff, Nick! I feel bad for all the tiny doggos coming to sniff their favorite pee poles in the park and finding the sweaty smell of an absolute beast of an animal on them. They'll never dare to come close again! 😜🤘💪

Following you and Matt into Berlin! Good luck!

I'm training for a half currently. Hoping to break 1:20 (1:25 is my PB).

Any tips for negative splitting? Also, do you suggest strength training?
