I used x12 v2 on 5k and never had issues. 3k is the sweet spot for this sub tho.

If only we could make subwoofers that could still move the same amount as this one but didn't have to have the ridiculously large surround. You could have more cone area and the same amount of movement.

i just bought a sundown sub to replace a jl12w1 . Right now i have it in a sealed box. tbh i'm not too impressed, but i'm gonna build a ported box this weekend i hope it makes a big difference.

Bro that shit hits for just one sub i kno people with two sub that don't hit or flex shit like that great job hooking that up and for the haters that said that sub was ugly that one of the badass subs I've seen i got 2 of the version 2 im waiting on my third one and im good to go but the only difference is the one's u got have more beefy surround but the V2 still have sum beefy surround so im still happy especially if they hit hard as those which I'm pretty sure they will if I have three of them but like I said badass for one sub bro 💪👍✌️
