Sundown Audio ftw. Used to have 2 SA12 DVC4ohm running 2kw @1ohm. Pulled 140dbs.

But got a newer car ('22 Genesis G70 3.3t) so downsized to 2 SA-8 with a lower tuned box.

Future plans is 2 zv6 15s in my wife's tuscon

Right amount of power when the surround starts to crumble the subsonic filter is not set properly unless you are running massive amounts of power on it

My dad had a subwoofer in the middle of his back seat in his lifted truck and when I’d sit in the back I’d put my finger on it and feel it vibrate the whole truck and my finger and no I didn’t forcefully push my finger into but I just hovered my finger over it! It’s awesome.

I got zv5 18" and man do they slam and sound good. Got mine on a salt 3 and getting ready to hook up my salt 6.

Add about 3 layers of deadener and that'll quiet down a lot. I have a refurbished Xv2 12 D2 with a Nightshade spider and don't have near the noise

Needs a bigger port or a more rounded port thats a lot of port noise but i bet it still sounds mostly fine i just dont like port noise at all personally so usually when i can hear it i recommend a bigget port because volume gets lost sometimes when theres that much turbulence especially

All that rattling is noise racking, he needs to insulate the lining of his trunk with sound dynomate & tighten that wing down also.
