Women catagory should be exclusive.

Converted Gender can be a different category altogether.
If no compitition, they would get a medel anyways.

Ghunghat is not native to india as it is a face covering which conceals identity and the notion of clothes being associated with character isnt either, sati is given as one of the options for widows (source: parashara smriti, vishnu smriti agni purana) along with ascetic life and widow remairrage. The sati cases increased with foreign invasions, before that, it was scattered and very few in number.
