it's a big tip to set up some great lap times and to be on top of your rivals I start playing with automatic and after almost 6 months I decided to move with manual and then I started playing with manual with clutch and I just changed all of my best lap timing dramatically, and since then I just love playing with manual with clutch and on top of that I can really rave my car with high rpm, highly recommend to all forza players and great tips from moneyman 300, great job man

The hardest part for me is learning when to downshift when you're approaching a corner, and how many gears to shift down. Any tips?

+MoneyMan300 I just came across this video while looking for the same stuff but for Gran turismo instead (don't own Forza.) I wonder if it's possible or not and heel-toe downshift? By the way, why not use the right stick for up-down shift? seems/sounds fun to me so I'll definitely try it.

One thing, what's the best method to get off the line in an R(+) car? I've tried holding down A and revving from standstill, but they all still die. I've tried in some BTCC cars, GT cars etc, but I'm definitely doing something wrong. What would you suggest?

good video bro, another benefit is shifting while breaking letting the torque slowly down to get into turns faster, i can clearly tell in lobbies who's using it or not, just by how they break b4 a turn, and I smoke right by em every time, cuz they use more break and it's a gr8 way to stay in the power band wich is key to being upfront LEARN IT

Why do I always have to start off my car with the clutch everytime I start a race. It makes me lose a lot of the time because my car doesn't start up with out me holding down the clutch and gas but most of the time the car doesn't start up so I have to keep holding A and the gas until it starts up.

in your test video you mentioned ( i think ) that race clutch and race transmission were not needed when using manual with clutch thus saving PI. could you elaborate. Thanks for the great videos!

This has become impossible for me to do... Growing up with a PS1, PS2, PS3 (all of the Gran Turismo franchise, and every single racing game I've played on those platforms), learning to master throttle with X, brake with Square, and shifts with L2 and R2, there's absolutely no way to modify that in my brain. I tried this and just keep shifting down when I try to brake. Bye bye clutch, it's been nice meeting you.
