as someone who lives in Fairbanks/North Pole, i definitely recommend the Santa Clause House and China Hot-springs. But if you come back in summer, do nature things like hiking, camping, or fishing! if you come in late summer/fall, definitely go berry picking. Ask some locals for tips, they know all the good spots 😊
