In this small building, Jay has transformed his workshop into his dream workshop. It took some time to gut and rebuild, but here we are with a new workshop, new name, and new videos coming. I'd like to welcome everyone to Jay's Creative Edge and our new workshop, where we will be making all sorts of things from wood charcuterie board and other wood working, arcades to coin rings. Without further ado, Lets get to it!

Below are some of the items i have purchased to help outfit my shed

You seem like a humble, talented, hard-working, generous, cool guy to hang out with. Best wishes on all your endeavors. First time to your channel. Thanks you!

I agree with you on the vintage tools. Those 1950's Craftsman tools had a classy look about them.

Earlier in the video, I saw a that grey bottle and immediately thought "I bet that's a jug of EvapoRust, " haha. I love that stuff.

Great setup and usage of space--

Man, a clean organized and versatile workshop is like opium for my eyeballs. Love what you've done with the space.

Shops don’t have to be perfect, just workable. EXCELLENT JOB. 👍😎🇺🇸🦅

Thanks for sharing your shop, I am putting together a woodshop now 12 X 16 so your space saving ideas are helpful.

I like this because I have a 10 X 16 shed that I want to set up a little to do work in. Not just woodwork but metalwork and welding and still be able to put some of my yard stuff in. I just built an 8 x 10 metal shed to store my JD riding lawnmower and bigger equipment to free up space in the 10 x 16.

I'm building my own 14 x 16 shop now - from the ground up. I'm looking for space saving ideas, clever storage solutions, etc, and just came across this video. Your shop looks awesome ! I love french cleats, will definitely copy your idea. Also like the pvc along the wall for dust collection. Well done.

More ideas in this one video than in any other 100 you'd pick! I was about to build a 2nd work bench and I'd not even considered building the table saw into it. Boxing in the shop vac is essential for sanity too - many thanks!

Love the older machinery! Used to work on a Powermatic 66 back when they were green! Back in the day, I ran my custom furniture company from a one car garage. I had a full-sized panel saw on one wall, the compressor up in the rafters, and everything else on wheels including the dust collection, table saw, a 15" floor model planer, and a floor model jointer. Later I had a shop in a basement with a 7' high ceiling! I am currently building a 36' x 48' woodshop mostly by myself. It will be nice to finally have some space, but the small workshop is definitely doable!

I have my grandfather's 1950s drill press too. Indeed, it's a beast but it's still going strong.

Oh man! I have the identical drill press! I need new spindle bearings, but it really makes the modern stuff look like toys.

Great use of space. You’ve got a lot in there but it doesn’t seem cramped or difficult to work in. Love the overhead clamp storage.

I have a very similar drill press from my dad. Nice and solid.

Cool place. I have a 25x18 garage and it is full with tools, a car and motorcycles. I wish I had enough land in Queens NY to build a 50x50 two floor garage and probably it wouldn't be enough. Yes, my garage is perfectly organized and no space wasted.
