Thank you! I used the tablesaw. Just like the sides but around the curve taking taking a slice, rotating, take a slice, rotating, on and on until it was done and then sanded out the facets.

You know what? I'm hungry for some pizza too! Ha ha I love pizza! My sweet bride makes it for us usually once a week. Her pizza is the best! The pizza in the video was a leftover pizza from a birthday party the day before and worked great to add into the video. Mamma pizza doesn't look as pretty but blows most other pizzaa out of the water as far as taste. She has been working on the dough recipe for years and finally came across one that is the real deal.

Excellent work on your peel and nice video too! I think the peel should be a little thinner to decrease the weight. And I'm sure it would still be strong enough to hold that yummy pizza that you were cooking and enjoying!

it's a nice pizza peel, but is too heavy and thick if you have to use it on a daily base (as a pizzaman) epecially if is made of heavy woods like maple or walnut.
