I’d say like 15 hours ish for normal batteries and my rechargeable batteries last like 6 or 7 hours but I prefer rechargeable.

I can 100% confirm that thunderbolt magnums don't last nearly as long as energizer max. This was with a steam controller.

Yeah 40-ish for me too, on both xbox one and 360, glad they added a display that shows you your controller is low on xbox one on 360 it just disconnects sometimes when it’s low that’s how I know to change the batteries haha :)

I have rechargable eneloop pros, 2500mah each, they last around ~35-40hrs with the headset plugged in. I think it's much better to invest in those + charger.

Depends which battery type you're using. I've noticed the Duracell Optimum batteries last waaay longer

Got some rechargeable AA batteries that are lithium-ion and they give around 30-35 before I have to swap a pair in and out.

Used harbor freight ones to find they last like 2-3 hours. Been using energizer max and they seem to last over a week of play. Recently got energizer ultimate lithium and can’t wait to see how long they last

I have Rechargeable battery packs and they last anywhere from 16-20 Hours of active playtime, definitely worth it over a few hours from normal Batteries
