What do we do with this? We listen, wonder, and love the sounds we hear. Just a note…his Mother was asked what she thought of Dimash on stage. Her reply was, “He becomes another person”. Off stage, he’s funny, sweet, so unimpressed with himself and very endearing. I’m a 77 year old grandmother. I would adopt him if I could. His fans are from teens to me and older. Other coaches have said he’s a once in a lifetime talent. I’m so happy to be alive to see this wonderful young man. I think there is much more to see and hear. Bev

This is a joke I make, he sings as if “ step to my level “ to male and female vocalists! 🤣🤣🤣 but he is so commanding the stage and his charisma is so strong.
Jack of all trades, masters them all is him. He is the real ultimate vocalist. Every song from him is insanely vocal demanding too. I don’t know how he can sing them all at his concerts for 2-3 hours with dancing and such too. Each song from him is a murder song for other vocalists to cover/ sing . Talk about steel pipe and vocal stamina !

Thank you, William. Can you imagine how liberating (and terrifying!) it must be for a great composer to write for Dimash's voice? You asked, what do you do with someone like that? The answer, it seems, is that Dimash will more often plan to compose his own music. A few years ago, he said that he knew he must study much more to do what he imagines---he wants symphonies, sonatas. A few days ago, I heard his 3-years-in-the-making composition, performed live. It's not yet publicly released, but it will be very soon. It broke me, and I've yet to recover. Two words you used: exotic and supernatural. Yes, for starters. The man with a voice like no other needs compositions like no other, and who better to write them?

I love your reactions to our Dimash! I'm off to Kazakhstan on Saturday 17th Sept from the UK to see him in concert in his homeland on 23 September, it's going to be epic! I think you would like 'Ikanaide' which he sings in Japanese, Tokyo Jazz festival 2021 he sang the same song in the I'm a Singer competition in Chinese and which is called Autumn Strong. It is like something flows out of him and strikes a bell within your heart and soul. Dimash is a very deep, passionate being. He has so much humility, love and respect for life and human beings. You asked what do you do with something like Dimash? You CELEBRATE him because he brings a part of yourself to you. All of life, and all of sound is vibration...frequencies that carry meaning. that spark response and feelings from us. Dimash radiates powerful frequencies. Another vocal coach commentator made the point that, since there aren’t many songs out there that require a 3-4 octave range to sing, let alone the full range of Dimash, that Dimash needs someone like Igor Krutoy to compose songs for him that allow Dimash to showcase his incredible talent and artistry. You nailed it, Dimash is a Fusion Artist, and is someone completely new and fresh. I too feel honored to have lived long enough to have witnessed his talents.

The song Olympico (which became known as Ogni Pietra) was composed by maestro Igor Krutoy, with Italian lyrics by Russian poet Lilia Vinogradova and arrangements by Erlan Bekchurin. It was composed specifically for Dimash for the 2019 European Olympic Games. With this song Dimash won, on December 5, 2019, the Victoria award (Russian equivalent of the Grammy) for best singer of the year, in the classical genre ("Best Vocalist in Classical") Music").
