Hey there, been meaning to say something. Your intro and outro music is "way too loud". Each time I start one of yours videos I need to quickly turn it down, then turn it up when you start talking. Then when it ends, I need to quickly turn the music down again. Was about to turn you off so I didn't have to keep switching my audio when I wondered if you were aware of this listener combustion point or not. I hope this helps!

I (we) would play more of your videos if this could be corrected - it's otherwise just too much of nuisance, so right now I can only do a video or two of yours a day. Change this and I'll zip through EVERYTHING you have on YouTube. Who else agrees? Trying to help. You're the man!

I do Binaural Beats. Helps not only drown out external distractions, but it helps me focus. Music gets too predictable for me and I find myself humming or singing along and I can't focus. Binaural Beats is a great alternative for those like me.

Andrew huberman in one of his video suggested whitenoise music. Their is a study behind his claim. He released two whitepapers on whitenoise. Not only it blocks unwanted noise also help in focus. He suggestion to play on speakers but I'm listening to it on my headphone. First you will find difficult as time pass your brain will used to it.

I tend to work more productively listening to so called instrumental "focus music" infused with binaural beats; rather than in total silence.

While doing Deep Work, should I listen to music or not?
- It's upto you. You can train your brain to listen to one type of music while doing work.
