Love your videos Guy. One thing I don't quite agree is that, yes institutions might take control of proof of work networks like you mentioned but proof of stake networks are a little more resilient in that regard. Usually they have some kind of mechanism in place that prevents anyone from owning more than certain percentage of the voting power on the network.
