Not to forget that RS has leverage since only the Class A shares gets the exposure to the underlying assets. I am getting bullish on REITS as we've since 3 interest rates cuts in a row and rent prices haven't fallen down so I have opened a position on RS and the dividend is one of the best dividend per dollar invested. Hope this investment will pay off. My thesis is Return to work 5 days a week will be the next hot thing, office spaces will have to be rented out once more and we are back pre 2020.
