I visited Vivid Aquariums in L.A. very impressive shop clean well organized and their stock of Corals and fish look very healthy and happy, I bought two LPS, two Monty's, a mushroom, one purple lobster and a beautiful Lemon peel Angel fish.
Vivid Aquarium was nice enough to wait three days before shipping these critters to my home in Washington State..one supplier for all live stock? I believe I found mine.
If/When the BRS team makes a trip to the L.A. area please visit vivid Aquarium I'm sure you will be as impressed by their live stock as I was..Thanks to Mr.saltwater and his video tour and recommendation of vivid Aquariums.🐠🐟

what are the signs that a replacement dosing head is needed?

Is there a head height on these? Like, how long of a tubing run can they work with? I would prefer to keep two barrels of water in my basement and the tank is up one floor and a room over on concrete slab (so it would be under the rug in that area). Would these be able to suck clean water that far? At worst I can have the right side shoot it out the window. This is a peristaltic pump?

What happens if a pump/ motor break or fail? Let’s say I do auto water change. Will the other pump/ motor continue to operate and possibly overflow the tank? Will apex notice the fail?

I need to buy a skimmer. Would you do a skimmer comparison? Get 4 skimmers on the same dirty water and tell which performs better. Or send me a pm with the answer if you have already done it, but can't show for marketing reasons. I don't even know where to start to pick a skimmer

Only downside of these is the noise. Mine is SO loud. I have it set up for an AWC but have to run it overnight because the sound is extremely annoying
