No, computer still can be argued. I recently analyze some classic games from romantic era like Greco, and some of it moves are make the stockfish confused, he said it was mistake but than after few seconds it said completely winning, much better than it's suggested moves.

Also, what about ai vs other ai, sometimes they give different suggestion, isn't that means their moves are arguable?

Computer's suggestion is just a suggestion, just like any other suggestion. What's important is you understand the reason of why certain move are better than the other, so you can implement it in your own games.
