Been using this recipe for years as Belgian waffles. I use 4 eggs and 2 tablespoons each collagen and gelatin. Makes amazing big Belgian waffles!

i made them twice today! very good, no egg taste… second batch I did equal gelatine and collagen (2tbs each for 6 eggs) and baked them in the oven 350 for 6 mins per side, turned out even better than the first batch and can make 12+ at a time… also made a syrup from melted butter, honey, and bacon fat which was 👌

Super important with this recipe: do not over cook in the slightest because it will taste like burnt collagen. You must cook low heat, with some oil, and with the lid on in order to cook low and slow. Also I added a bit of vanilla extract to the mixture and that is also very delicious.

I make carnivore pancakes & waffles using a 2 scoops protein powder, 2 eggs, 1 block of cream cheese, 4 tbsp. butter & gelatin. I then use melted butter as my syrup.

No need for all the complexity. I did it two ways and they both turned out the same; really wonderful. Bella's way, separating and all. Then I just put eggs, put on them the whole amount of both collagen and gelatin at once and before whipping, and and whipped all together. So quick and easy. Same identical pancakes. Enjoy with less work.

For a single serving of whip cream I put the whipping cream in a jar and shake it! Just takes a few minutes.

I made these about 15 minutes ago. They were gone in less than 10. They tasted exactly like pancakes. My batter was more fluid for some reason but they were fantastic. Keep these recipes coming!

We made these as blinis (silver dollar size) for an anniversary brunch with creme fraiche, salmon roe and smoked mackerel...beautiful!

Bella, I just want to thank you for making lots of free content for everyone to learn about the carnivore lifestyle. I've only been eating this way for a week and there's major changes happening already. It's been very difficult for me to lose weight these passed 10 years and I'm finally seeing the scale go down. I had really bad acne and it's clearing up. I was starting to have major digestive issues and their almost gone. I had a horrible problem with very dry skin, especially on my face.
