1) Displacement can be distance.

2)x= 3t²+t³
Inst Vel = dx/dt
= d(3t²+t³)/dt
= d (3{2t}+3t²)/dt...[By differentiation]
Inst Vel = 6t+3t²...[1]
= 6(3)+3(3)²
= 18+27
=45m/s

3) V = 6t+3t² ...[By step 1]
Inst acc = dv/dt
= d(6t+3t²)/dt
=(6{1}+3{2t})..[By differentiation]
= (6+6{t})
=(6+18) =3]
Inst acc =24m/s²

=3(2t)+3t²
=6t+3t²
Time = 3s
Therefore,
Velocity=6t+3t²

=40 m/s
Homework 2:
Acceleration:
Acceleration=dv/dt
=d3t²+t³/dt
=3(dt²/dt)+dt³/dt
=3(2t)+3t²
=6t+3t²
