That’s bench press and 225 is normal, bro you are considered average strength if you can left your own weight, this guy is about that weight, I’m 230 and bench press just over 400… just saying

Yawn... Thats literally my warm up weight... only been working out a year after being off for 8.. now 39 years old.. Social media hasnt ruined anything. You casuals probably only put out 40% into your workouts.. you give up when you feel a tiny burn... i see it all the time. Especially when im spotting.
