- PS5 Pro replaces Fidelity and Performance modes and renames them Fidelity Pro and Performance Pro. There is no ability to select PS5 modes on PS5 Pro.
- Fidelity Pro mode adds lighting enhancements, such as distant shadows and ambient occlusion for Ray-Tracing, as well as increased highlight resolution over PS5 fidelity mode.
- Performance Pro mode also has higher resolution reflections over PS5 Performance mode, but dispenses with distant shadows and ambient occlusion by RT.
- Fidelity mode allows us to set the resolution of the reflections to Medium or High, in addition to enabling or disabling distant shadows and ambient occlusion. This has an impact of about 7/10fps in fidelity mode while using VRR.
- PS5 Pro rescales the resolution with PSSR replacing IGTI. This has mixed results. We get better AA quality, but lose some sharpness over Insomniac's temporal injection.
- In Performance Pro mode, PS5 Pro has a more stable framerate than PS5 in Performance mode at 60Hz. With VRR, the experience is similar on both platforms in terms of framerate.

i believe its the peak of graphics fidelity for now, now most devs should focus on art style and optimisation not the texture quality.
