Ok, yes, asexuality is a spectrum. I am asexual myself so I know how that spectrum can fluctuate per person.
But we’ve seen how topics of sex, serious or jokes, Alastor gets uncomfortable. So realistically, Al is probably high spectrum ace, not really, if not at all, wanted to engage with anyone sexually. :)

THAT is a big example of unhealthy and boundry crossing behaviour. When you put your voice above another who happens to be asexual or aromantic in order to fit a narrative you have isn't "helping".

Im Ace, and while this is all true, Vivze has gone record stating that Alastor has absolutely no interest in sex at all, and doesn't have it. Meaning while YES- many asexuals have sex for a variety of reasons- their partners- just for the feeling, etc. Alastor isnt one of them.
THAT BEING SAID-headcanons are just that. So having them isn't harming anyone. Anyone who feels offended should chill.

But Alastor looked uncomfortable with Angel Dust making sexual comments at him. This video was mostly to defend the Alastor X Angel Dust ship. Something I noticed is people get upset if someone were to ship a gay person and a person of the opposite sex. For Example Amity, a lesbian with Hunter. And I get it. But the same isn’t applied to aroace characters. If its a spectrum shouldn’t you look at canon hints on where they lean. If you have watched Bojack they made good points about that topic.

Everytime someone mentions that a character is asexual they go straight to saying “It’s a spectrum” and “Those are harmful stereotypes” when people like that exist out of fiction, and I’d like for them to exist in fiction too, y’know?
