Garou just needs a good trait and he's all set. I recommend Overlord and above. He's very good and very versatile. Solid unit. All-Seeing is absolute trash

they really need to buff aokiji and his evolve, i got avatar on him, which is my rarest and only one, and he is kinda mid, over 1m when maxed but still pretty mid even if i upgrade full skill tree
