Switched my dogs to raw overnight about 9 months ago. Best decision I’ve made. The poop is much less disgusting. Also raw feeding is fun! So much variety!

Been feeding my french bulldog commercial raw diet ever since she was 2 month old. And tried giving her eukanuba puppy kibbles for the past 2 weeks because we were very busy and couldn’t prepare the raw diet. She started having a rash that got worse everyday under her arms and thighs. Constantly licking and scratching the area. We monitor what she eats strictly and make sure to introduce new food one at a time. So we are sure it’s the kibbles. After a week of switching back to raw, her skin has been improving slowly. Not saying that kibble is bad, maybe it just wasn’t the right one for her, and maybe she was allergic to one of the proteins in the kibble 😅

I've been trying to switch my cat over to raw, but she's started peeing outside the litterbox. She has a checkup in the next few days, so I'm going to make sure she doesn't have a UTI or crystals, then I'll start over and go much much slower than before.

I also found online if your dog has never eaten raw its best to feed them green tripe for the first week. We are doing that but have mixed in rabbit in some meals and now she's onto chicken and ox

We recently switched our 11.5 year old golden onto a raw diet. One plus is she definitely poos alot less and when she does its alot smaller and firmer than it used to be.

Hi. I have cats that keep on getting amoebiasis. Their diet now is whiskas kitten dry food and wet food pouch. My vet gave metroconidazole as medicine for the amoeba but days after they have been treated they will have amoebas again. 😞 Can I switch to raw diet? Will it lessen the risk of Amoebiasis? What do you think?

Hello! I've been slowly transitioning my dog for a month now. Sometimes, the poop has a green portion (tho the poop is normal in texture and consistency). I'm not sure if its because of veggies like boiled squash or GI issues. Any advice? Thanks!

I have a pair of dogs, blue went straight on the raw diet like nothing but molly isnt, she’ll only eat ground beef and ground lamb but after, throws everything up *kibble and meat* and reeats only the raw meat then is good until the next feeding😓

for fiber you dont need to buy expensive things as listed in the video. a pack of cheap pumpkin seeds and flax seeds grounded into a powder, boil some squash and pumpkin, add a little coconut oil grate some ginger into it and the pumpkin flaxseed powder mix it all up and your are good to go. use that as a topping.

Of course they're going to have diarrhea when switching their stomach is used to the hard crunchy stuff...the damage has already been done. If you ate nothing but McDonald's burgers every day and switched to a healthy salad you would probably have an upset stomach and diarrhea as well.

When I switched a dog to raw for the first time, I immediately noticed the poop and him drinking less.

Ryan (the dog) is now no longer with me because we weren't prepared for a very loud, aggressive and destructive dog. He would jump on people, attack other dogs, howl and bark all night, ect.. it was ruining are family.

But it wasn't because of the diet at all.
