Some people can be allergic to exercise. One of the more common types is called cholinergic urticaria, which leads to small hives on your skin. Stress and hot temperatures may also be triggers. There is also exercise induced anaphylaxis which can potentially be life threatening. This is for general educational purposes only and not meant as specific medical advice. Talk with an allergist if you suspect you have this.

I swear i have thought i am allergic to my own sweat since i was a teenager... It happens especially where sweat isnt as easily wiped away like my inner elbows, my chest between my boobs, the backs of my knees... My doctor made me feel like i was either crazy or an idiot, and said it was just excema.

Idk of i actually am, but the fact that im not crazy for thinking it because its an actual thing makes me feel less crazy.

Can you do a video about Mast Cell Activation Syndrome? How to get diagnosed and the type of doctor to go to? Symptoms and treatments? Also, can you have a false positive/negative evaluation or testing when you have the evaluation?

Thanks for the info, watching my hives inflammation fade day after day until they completely vanished was such a relief, I went with what I pointed out and within the first 10 days or so the urticaria was barely visible! I just go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and after 20 days my skin has never been healthier!
