Recork That Wine & Get It In The Fridge

You want a little air exposure for wine you're about to drink, but anything being saved for another time should be recorked ASAP and kept cool.

Many years ago, Chef Keith Flyod had a series of shows with a wine expert who said once a red is open it goes bad by the next day.

In France when a red wine is not finished we put what remains in the vinegar pot. But that almost never happens because as the tradition says : "never leave a bottle half finished."

Had some red wine sit in the fridge for months without a cap on it drank it and is was so tasty all the alcohol tast was gone tasted like delicious grapes

What about this little rubber corks that show you to pump the air out with a one way valve on the top? Those got to be the best option
