Hey, I'm really glad you got to try this one Julian! I actually quite liked this one myself and I have a couple more bags of it in the freezer for a rainy day. I managed to finish my tins at or around the day 30 or so mark, so I will have to let the frozen ones age some more when I break them out. My favourite brew method for this one was actually the hario switch. I found that I was able to get those very enjoyable spiced floral and citrus notes consistently with that brew method, along with some caramel and nutty notes. I don't have the same experience as you with washed panamanian non-geisha coffees, so I likely had much lower expectations than you, therefore the reason I seem to have enjoyed it more than you did but, maybe I too, love boring washed caturra!

Hello there. Wondering... How many days after the initial roast do you typically prefer to wait before drinking a coffee? I'm certain I should be waiting longer based on the numbers I see you mention on your reviews.
