I found this very helpful. One thing not covered is that the tool will create a new sprint under whichever level is highlighted. At @ 2:40, you say 'click here' and click on ecommerce, your top level project. This is important. Because if you click on one of the existing sprints (1 or 2) and then click on Add Child, your new sprint will be a level down under the other sprint. Personally, I prefer to right click on the project name under which I want to add the child and use the pop up menu to select Add Child. This guarantees that it will be at the correct level.

Hi Ravikant,
we have original estimate, Remaining and completed in task. when the user moving to closed state the remaining is getting null and where can we see the completed efforts because the count is not matched on the work details.

Thank you for putting this together! At the time 7:23 in the video, you show how to add/edit columns on the taskboard, but I do not see that option (using Azure Devops 2019). I need to add an additional column to our taskboard but cannot find that option. Is that a new feature? Which version of Azure Devops are you using?

Thanks for your video @ravikanth! Nicely explained. I have a question, do you know how to close the sprint and if the pending tasks (to do + in progress) move automatically to the next sprint? Thanks again!

Hi Ravikanth, is it possible to set a rule that when a task is 'Done', it will automatically change the state of the product backlog item to 'Done' as well

Hi Ravikant,
I have set the capacity of team members under capacity section as you described, but still not able to see the capacity bars populated with the estimated efforts in work details pane. Can you please help?

Can you please let me know how you are getting No.of hours in Sprint Board. Suppose To Do has 28h. How this has been calculated. Is this an extension? The same case applies for Workitems also. When you update the hours for subtask, it is reflecting in main task. What should I do to get this.
