That's really useful tip. I want to add that you can achieve the same effect using "Paragraph Borders and Shading" from the Paragraph panel menu.

I need another help regarding data merge, I need to fit the data in a box, the data is few words in a row, if there is more words, I need it to stretch to fill the left and right of the box, is it possible, please let me know, thank you.
