27:45 An example of dishonest design might be a water tap that has red for cold and blue for hot. It still does what it's supposed to do, you can still use it (you figure it out), could be wonderfully designed, but it doesn't abide by the customer's expectation of color-temperature correlation. It's dishonest in not responding to expectations of instinctual usage.

50:50 So he took 50 minutes just to introduce the process of research :) by asking a looot of questions :) He took the students through the process without them being aware. Quite clever!
