This video came up to my feed again after four years and I watched it. All I want to say is that the courage it needs to give up or change your career after years of hardwork is beyond imagination. Specially in a career like being a pilot, which takes hundreds of hours of training, exams and license after license until you get the final one.
A normal person will never even imagine to resign his job for the passenger’s safety (about the safety norms which are normally being accepted by others that it’s okay to not follow them). Standing alone against every other person, the entire company; and at the same time losing your career (which you earned by hard work) takes a lot of courage.
I work in a hospital, lot of other doctors and nurses work there. If anyone see any safety issues, they would normally escalate it to higher authorities. But no one will decide to lose their license or stop working for other’s safety.
People who hate you or troll you for raising these things will surely understand when they will be working as a professional. When they will know how much effort does it take to get a job.
I have no words to express how I feel about this.

I was about to book flight from BLR-to-HYD from AirAsia, after seeing this video, changed the decision and booked in other airline. #boycottairasia.

We are with you Gaurav, its shame on Air Asia, who play with lifes of passengers on cost of saving few Kg of fuels .we were regular traveler of Air Asia, now I will make sure will never ever travel with air asia even if had no options, they make millions but how we know now, I believe what ever pilot said is worth and I am with him in his fight .I am not sure about others, but me and my family will never step in this flight, we boycott AIR ASIA .
