he day that this skiing was filmed on was a very sticky, clumpy, bumpy type of snow. I filmed three runs on two different types of skis to see the difference.

Amazing that Reilly skis 188 cm GS skis like slalom skis!

Yeah, the SL ski bites harder when edged. Nice vid, shows them up well. I often start the week on a GS ski, and switch to an SL ski when my legs get tired.

I swear everytime i see an on piste skiing video filmed in japan, snow conditions are soft. Have you ever experienced hard packed groomers there Reilly?
Great skiing btw as usual, a 165 sl and a 188 masters gs are my to go skis 👌

Looks like very narrow feet position. Guess it is to have better balance in soft snow conditions. Is that so?

Great Video, exactly what I was looking for! You should do that in different terrains! It seems you prefered the Slalom Ski in these conditions, right? So would I, but when it gets bumpier or to moguls I would prefer the GS. What about You?

Which drill would you suggest to improve hands and poles position for short turns?

Hi! Great skiing. Very inspirational. I’m 193 cm tall and weigh 102 kg. I have a pair of Stöckli Laser SX. Length: 180 cm. Radius: 17. I find them great for longer turns at higher speed, but they are not very playful though. What kind of skis do you recommend for fast turns - which can also carry my weight - and what radius and length?

I'm not sure I can spot the difference
