I am down 45lbs and I eat all my favorite food include fry chicken and do between 5000 to 10000 steps daily. There is no need to starve I am a female and I wish I knew earlier I dont have to starve myself to lose weight. You can eat and still lose weight. Its not an overnight process so we just have to enjoy the journey while bettering ourselves. Love this video

Bro's speaking straight fax. Too many people are stressing them out thinking they need to eat just salads or only chicken and broccoli, when you can really have anything, as long as it's in the right amount. Don't ban fried chicken, just have well-sized portions, be mindful, and most importantly have fun. Improve your health and be proud, not out of fear or social judgement!

Exercise is for pleasure, its not punishment. Playing sports with friends, dancing in a group, hiking through nature - these are all wonderful things that we are blessed to do.

The BMR is primarily based on the about of pounds of muscle you have, so it can be increased by strengthen training to help up that calorie burn.

Also intaking protein while eating carbs will help with preventing spikes and crashes of your blood sugar level, which will help your body process and use that fuel for longer without it getting stored as fat or working your pancreas so hard.

Great video to help ppl understand that exercising is not the main thing to focus on when it comes to caloric balance.

I wish more fitness people would explain this. Increasing your bmr is the key to having a fast metabolism. Till I learned this I kept my weight off. I focused on increased my bmr.

It’s still good to eat your favorite foods while you exercise. It’s just not overdoing it and balancing it with healthy ones as well. As long as we aren’t lazy laying down the whole day but just being active just by standing all day or walking whenever you don’t have anything to do or especially after eating, those are enough to burn calories even tho it’s not a lot, it’s not being wasted as stored fat
