On the hunt for the right scheduling software for your business and wondering if you can do better than Calendly in 2024? I hear you! I've been searching for the best scheduling app for my coaching business for years and wasn't convinced Calendly was it. Thankfully, I (finally) found better.

So in this video I wanted to tell you about the Calendly alternative I discovered, why I ultimately chose it over Calendly, and give you an over the shoulder comparison of each of their features -- including some that have changed my life by saving me hours each month, not to mention reducing my scheduling related anxiety 🥹🙌🏼

If you run a coaching, consulting or service based business and need a way to allow clients, customers or leads book consults, calls, sessions or workshops with you, you're in the right place. The software I'm breaking down today will allow you to book online and in person appointments with total control over your availability!

📆 Want to try it out for yourself?

Psst: to claim your free month, use code "kat" if you decide to sign up!

🚨 This video is NOT sponsored by SavvyCal, however I am an affiliate because I'm genuinely obsessed with this software. It doesn't cost you anything -- it simply means if you decide to sign up for a paid plan using my link, I'll receive a small commission!

Can you edit the reminder emails? I would like to remind clients a week before the appt that they need to fill in the lifestyle/food diary.

If it want to keep your video as short as possible like you say, reveal the name in the first 2 seconds of the video. Not more than 4 minutes in.

If you watch the big YouTubers and how they all blew up, it's because they followed the strategy of giving the information to the question straight away. And then talk in more detail about the product immediately after. Hooking the watcher.

You're doing it in a way that sounds condescending, gate keeping and you're losing potential would be subscribers.

For example, i won't be watching your video. I skipped through and i won't be subscribing to your channel.
