Yesterday I bought a Colin Baker from a friends toy shop. I've wanted it for a while. The figure is from the twin dilemma and comes with his sonic lance which the sixth Doctor uses in his second story Attack of the Cybermen.

Doctor 6 and Peri had a unique relationship, crafted into their 'DNA' from inception as part of the grand experiment to 'Make Who Great Again' by John-Nathan Turner. His fortune was the Colin Baker and Nicola Bryant assumed the roles and made them their own, literally! It is fortunate that history's great wheel brought a happy ending to this story and allowed Baker and Bryant - unjustly made the sacrificial victims of the great upheavals of 1985-86 - to blend into their characters practically for life, continuing their story and making it grow and thrive even today....A today where whole new generations then unborn have come to appreciate them and their tales in ways that those of the mid Eighties simply never could.

When Colin Baker insults his companion, it's funny. When Peter Capaldi does it, I hate him. Just goes to show how much the delivery of an insult can change how you perceive it. This is one of the reasons why Colin Baker easily surpasses Peter Capaldi as the Doctor, despite Capaldi having better writing.
