Amazing video, love this. Question when you do this how tight is the foam to the case? Also do you put anything inside the case for shipping, foam or such, or do you disassemble stuff like the graphics card?

Absolutely fantastic video Alex! You really are killing it with these guides. I will definitely be doing this instead of trying to find a peli case that fits in size next time!

That Flight case actually looks better than the PC. Great job!

That looks amazing, great job! How much did it cost you in materials to build roughly?

might be doing this for my 3d printers too. Looks simple.

Super interesting video thanks!

How does the water cooling work with air transport? Does the pressure difference while flying effect it? Do you do anything special to mitigate that?

i still think it's safer to disassemble the PC and pack them separately, i mean, if the pc isn't stuffed with anything, a shock from transporting could damage the PC anyway even with that much padding

rivets without washer + wood = epic fail xD

An estimate of how much making the case in terms of cost materials would have been nice.

High quality build! Now I'm thinking of using something like this to stow my mid tower away. When moving the RV I plan to live in. Now one question I will ask. Will I need to add extra foam inside the computer to protect the GPU? If I were to use a case like this.

I would never trust such a design as it could break and the computer fall right to the ground. A much better design would be to have two walls on the bottom platform with handles on them to prevent the latches from breaking. Those latches were not meant for the kind of strain a really expensive computer can put on it considering they could easily be popped open by brushing up against the side of something.

is there a space inside? or close tight?

This would be awesome to use for a custom DIY computer case instead of just a flight case! Do you have a link to a reputable seller for the bars and corner brackets? What handle did you use? Imagine if somehow the latches at the bottom panel snapped open during transport? That would be a nightmare!

looking to make the same case for a new build of mine and was wondering where you can get a hold of the parts. I cant seem to find them on the penn elcom shop, but they are listed on the product page though??

I'm reading through the guide on your website, and I have a question about the dimensions -- the N-case 2 system uses an extrusion for the lid with its own thickness -- should I incorporate this thickness and that of the other side of the rim when measuring the dimensions for the panels?

Do you accept payments for custom built ones?

Can you please add a link to the plastic case corners and where to order them online (europe)?
