first question, do you need a laptop to print labels off that site? second, you mentioned you didn’t have a website in this video but i’ve seen that you do now, when a customer orders from you through there, do they have the option to choose the shipping part (like, expedited shipping, standard shipping.. etc.) ?

I have the same rollo thermal printer as you and it never prints as clear as your labels maybe I got a dud. I ended up getting a brother thermal printer because my packages sometimes wouldn't scan and I got calls from the USPS about it after dropping the package off.
