Webb To Remain Special Prosecutor In Smollett Case

CBS 2's Charlie De Mar reports Judge Michael Toomin said special prosecutor Dan Webb can stay on the investigation as to how the Jussie Smollett case was handled. He had donated $1,000 to her campaign fund (and that of her opponent.) but the judge said there was no impropriety.
