Sparkling Strawberries + Cream Champagne Floats

INGREDIENTS
Strawberries
Vanilla ice cream - 1 scoop
Strawberry soda - 1/2 cup
Champagne - 1/2 cup

PREPARATION
1. Place one sliced strawberry in the bottom of the glass. Top with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. Add another sliced strawberry on top.
2. Slowly pour in 1/2 cup strawberry soda, letting the soda fizz down before continuing.
3. Slowly pour in 1/2 cup champagne, letting the champagne fizz down before continuing each pour.
4. Serve floats with a straw and sliced whole strawberry on the side of the glass for garnish.
