At least once every year I pull my lower back and I’m in pain for weeks and sometimes months if its sciatica. I gave up on doctors, chiropractors, physiotherapists and massage therapists. I knew I had to train and strengthen my lower back and then I discovered your YouTube channel. I’m strengthening my lower back with isometric back extension holds and back extensions at the gym in addition to the floor exercises I see on your videos. Your approach is what saved my lower back and I thank you for helping me get started on a path that leads to success for many lower back issues. Keep up your great work. Dude, today I did a 2 minute back extension hold for the first time since bulging a disc about three months ago and I was so pleased with myself. I can only do about 12 full back extension reps and I'm still worried about reinjuring but the progress is night and day from following your advice.

Could you be the answer Ive been searching for? Ive been in chronic pain since 2019, no dr or surgeon will help. Its a long story but the only relief Ive had recently was getting shockwave therapy for myofascial adhesions. The specialist Glenn advised I have these adhesions everywhere. I was told by a rheumatoid specialist I have fibromyalgia but its not fibromyalgia, its these adhesions that wreak havoc in your body especially when they attach to your facsia. Ill be looking into what you offer because I am sick of being sick.

Brandon (sp?)...please...starting from scratch...working on the back extension...I'm older...how should I start working on the back extension...number of reps/how long I should hold it/how many days a week...the more details the better...and thank you very much for all your help with the sincere desire to help so many

Hmm how to set back extension “bench” 🤔 i feel like when its too short i have to pull the weight with hamstrings and when its a bit longer a i feel like i am bending my back too much and its like 1 step adjustkent.. :/ what is the right aproach 🤔🤔

What about for obese? Would you recommend loose weight first before back extensions?

I do 3 sets of 10. And then one set single leg each side for 6. Slowly building

Aren't jefferson curls a better measure? And they don't require equipment except for some weight.

I can do 60 perfect pushups and can only do 2 back extensions….. The back extensions aren’t even good, I look like a fish out of water when I do them

How much do you deadlift is quite common though. Deads bench squats. So I think you have a measurement for back just not back extension but instead deadlifts.
