Just watched Episode 3. This show is intense. Love it!

Again, poor writing. A scientist is murdered, there are witnesses to a female killer. The police as the scientists research partner to meet them for a talk. It is too take place on a public street, the police see a motorcyclist speeding towards the scientist brandishing a pistol. They DO NOT shoot her! (I realize that this is not in the US where "shoot first" is the rule). Later a female officer is confronted by the killer, is held at gunpoint. Vandervalk comes upon them, gun drawn, seeing the danger and DOES NOT SHOOT HER! For some reason the crazed killer spares the female cop?
