1:50 easily one of the best and coldest Disney villain moments ever. The line delivery, the off camera carnage, and then making sure the audience knows he definitely ate the vulture afterwards. If it wasn't for the last minute joke where the same vulture is revealed to apparently be alive, this moment would be even better. They played it way too safe by tossing in that joke. Still an awesome villain moment though, and Tony Jay nailed the role of Shere Kahn perfectly.

Give them credit for keeping Shere Khan's menacing presence despite this being a relatively lighter sequel in tone.

Shere Khan was WAY more terrifying in this movie than in the original.

Shere Khan and Frollo from Hunchback of Notre Dame are Tony Jay’s best roles 👍🏾👍🏾

I like how even the other vultures got a little annoyed with Lucky’s antics

For his last meal, Shere Khan made Lucky eat his own words.

Shere Khan was always one of my favorite Disney villains! There's nothing scarier than a villain that's evil but polite about it

Rip Tony Jay the voice of shere khan the tiger 🐅 from the jungle book 2 2003, lickboot from tom and jerry the movie 1992, monsieur d arque from beauty and the beast 1991 and judge claude frollo from the hunchback of notre dame 1996 rest in peace 🙏 🪦.

Earlier the vultures were all laughing but now they’re not laughing no more

1:33 Holy Hellfire! That's Judge Frollo I'm Hearing R.I.P. Tony Jay (1933-2006) Voice Of Judge Frollo from Disney's The Hunchback Of Notre Dame an amazing and chilling performance singing Hellfire

Apparently when doing the live action remake the director of the movie actually did want to include the vultures originally but he ended up writing them out completely because he had two people in mind to voice two of the vultures those being Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr

I can't believe Phil Collins voiced Lucky the vulture!

This version of Sher Khan scares me. The best.

Phil Collins voices this vulture, and he also performed the songs for Tarzan and Brother Bear, which is a coincidence for the latter because it was released the same year as Jungle Book 2, and that Brother Bear and Jungle Book both have bears in them. Jungle Book has one bear, Baloo, while Brother Bear has multiple bears, Kenai, Koda, Koda’s mom, Tug, and more bears.

Kaa only lied to you Shere Khan because you just didn’t accept that Kaa didn’t know where mowgli was.

Honestly, Lucky would have had it coming to him if he was killed. Bullying Shere Khan when he did nothing to him (what an ass) and putting Mowgli in danger by updating him on where he was going. Producers probably shoulda given him his karmic (off-screen) death
