Nice tips. Based on other's recommendations I've had good luck with Rubbing Alcohol wipes as well. Use them before putting on chamois cream (euro style chamois butt'r) and after the ride as well if not able to hop in the shower right away.

First day I ride on a normal outfit for an hour and know it hurts, 2days later it still hurts.
I want to ride my bicycle inside the town. 4times a day 20min each time. What should I do to prevent saddle sore in normal outfit?
