I think Ahsoka is the first new star wars property in a long time that ended with a major cliffhanger.

Thrawn is back, Ahsoka and Sabine are stranded, the planet's mystery. Nice to see it's not just good guys win bad guys lose fade to black.

Great recap! Pretty sure Thrawn brought a lot of corpses with him, to have the Sisters make an army of Zombie Troopers. Furthermore, the statues where Baylan Skoll was, were most likely depicting the Mortis Gods. Would make sense if their power is there, and Baylan maybe seeks to become one of them.

Season one was good - hopefully season 2 will be great. But I don't know how they will replace Ray Stevenson, since he was the most intriguing character in my opinion.

I'm calling it now, there's sith corpses in those boxes, because Disney has one trick and it's 'bring back old threats, but more'. Did it with the ships in ROS & Gideon's clones in Mandalorian S3. Zombie sith army, there's your season 2
