As a grandmaster genji, the blade is only good if you have these conditions on average
-Team is cluttered close enough in a ten meter range

-Most of the enemy team has used there or has no intangibility and movement abilities

- You have established all there locations in a certain range

- They are distracted in some sort of way or are highly pressured

dragonblade is more like a 5.5 or a 6.5, it's very easy too shutdown, avoid and just not die to it, blade swings can get outhealed if you aren't nano'd making the ultimate effectively useless in some cases

I think that tactical visor is 9/10 it gives you aimbot man

If you can't hit a clip with the ult alone should explain where the ult goes can't put genji higher then 5 his needs so many conditions to be good and needs a nano to not get killed by anyone with a brain instantly soilder would have to be 7 IF you can aim 6 if you can't because visor can headshot so the instant reload makes it easy but needs no cc or anything that can just block it

Sorry but if your rating a ult u have to rate it raw without nano in the clip its nano plus mercy boost basic blade leaves u so open and easy to kill as u get no damage reduction so a mag nade could easily one shot u if u take any dammage and it takes a long time to kill people with it

As a Genji main I can say this is far overrating genjis ultimate

Dragonblade 9.5? No, absolutly not. Dragonblade could be a 8.5 White Nano, but without nano balde Is usseles, maybe a 5.

But you should rate The ultimate alone, not with boost. If you rate With boost, you should rate also how Easy Is to use The ultimate, and with that balde would be a 3 because Is dificult to use and Easy to counter.
