Pulse bomb is more of an 8/10 for me. Insane ult if you can land on squishies (practically wins fights on cooldown) but also easy to land on tanks which can also just put a lot of pressure on them.

Yes pulse bomb charges fast but that doesn't means its good you can basically get a team wipe with any ult that does damage
