Very cool. Out of all the pizza ovens I have seen reviewed, this is the only one I would buy for sure and the cost is reasonable considering the competition.

Great job Tommy! Pizza 🍕 oven is doing a awesome job, definitely thaw out one and give it a try. I noticed that on self rising pizza, I put my door on to get pizza to rise quickly. Excellent review 👏. Cheers brother 🍻

Great review Tommy. Think you nailed it with cooking the frozen pizzas as that is probably what most people wanted to know. I would like to see the thawed pizza cooked just because I think you need more pizza in your life haha.

Yo Tommy! I've had a versa 16 for a little over a year now. it's the best pizza oven on the market for the 2 features: the rotating stone and a hinged top..a word to the wise, for frozen, par baked crust and raw/scratch NY style pizza use the oven on LOW setting, allow oven to heat up on LOW for 25 minutes with the stone rotating. The stone will be at about 500. the dome around 750 & Pie will be done between 6-8 min. Underside will be perfect & toppings will be melted..LOW setting with a touch longer cook time is the key to a happy pizza with this unit.
Par-Cook your sausage ahead of time if you're doing raw dough. & use a little corn meal..For Neopolitan Pizza use medium or high setting, I prefer starting at med. you can always turn it up later, but again let it heat up for 25 min, laser scan temp and if it's not as hot as you like, crank it up.. in my experience, the stone get's to about 800 on high and the dome 900.

NYCE ... that looks great Tommy, I got the GMG oven when I bought the GMG pellet grill and have very happy with it ... but I'm impressed with this unit

Looking good. When you adjust the temp does that also adjust the temp of the infrared underneath?

Tommy, a big thanks for the review that I asked for. I did look up Halo instructions on a frozen pizza and they say to defrost the pizza. I sometimes just don’t have the time to wait. Again thanks, Tony

Yes it's a learning curve indeed...both pies look great...and I always prefer that extra crisp on a pizza crust so no worries on a little char. Cheers!

I wonder if you could put a smoke cylinder in it to add some smoke flavor as well? I remember back years ago that the pizza ovens at my favorite place used coal.

Instructions say 20 min at 400 or 425 for most frozen pizzas in a conventional oven.
I think you should go a little lower and slower on the frozen pizzas - no reason to cook one in only a couple of minutes - quality is more important than quantity when pizza is involved.
