SharePoint Forms: Get Feedback with Microsoft Forms

There are several ways of building forms in SharePoint. However, the best method -- in terms of power and simplicity -- is to use Microsoft Forms.

To add a new or existing form to SharePoint, start by creating a new page and adding the Microsoft Forms webpart.

Invalid link error when adding form to SharePoint:

If you're getting the "invalid" error, it's likely that you're copying the form's URL from the address bar. To get the correct URL, click "Collect responses" at the top, then "Copy Link."

** Replace the square brackets [ ] with angle brackets (chevrons). Unfortunately, YouTube doesn't allow angle brackets in the video description.

** Replace "https://" with your Form's web address.
